BSc(Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science in 2003 

Level 3 qualified personal trainer

Level 4 trainer in exercise and disability.

​

Memberships:

• Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

• Teaching in the lifelong learning sector (CTLLS).

 

Areas of interest:

• Adaptive fitness programmes 

• Exercise for Parkinsons (PD Warrior training Level 1 and 2).

• Creative use of all our exercise equipment and creating fun and holistic exercise plans.
