After a comprehensive initial assessment, at the clinic or at home, our therapists will discuss with you a therapy plan to support you to work towards the goals and activities that are important to you.

The assessment will include discussing your background health, current issues and what you are currently finding challenging.

Treatment sessions are usually an hour long.

Children's physiotherapy starts with an initial assessment.  Therapy sessions always include play ("sneaky physio") and working with the family to ensure that there are plenty of opportunities to practice movements and activities outside of therapy sessions.

We are fortunate to have a very experienced rehabilitation and exercise specialist on our team.  Russ offers one to one sessions to focus on strength and conditioning and support your rehabilitation goals.

Sessions take place at the clinic, or a local gyms

Russ also offers screening assessments for our exercise groups.

Travel costs apply for home or gym sessions.

Physiotherapy assistant sessions take place following the initial assessment and when you and your physiotherapist agree to some sessions to focus on specific exercises and movements.

The physiotherapist remains available for questions or concerns and will offer periodic reviews.

This can take place at home or the clinic.

1 hour session £65

Travel costs apply for home visits.

Our therapists can visit you at home, school or nursery and will look for ways to support you to access community activities that would benefit your health.

Clients have been supported to attend GBG Bikes, Frame Running Giants, Cotswold Boatmobility.  We are always on the look out for accessible venues and activities.

Costs are dependent upon travel distance from our clinic.

We offer small group neuro-fitness groups and a higher level balance and strength group.

The groups are a social environment with an opportunity for a chat and sharing of information after the group.

We also offer bespoke group sessions on request.

Adult exercise groups: £15 (one hour)

Our music and movement group for toddlers, gives little ones and their adult and opportunity to work on key movement skills utilizing music and story.

The group is a lovely space for families to meet others and share experiences.
