We use Jane, an online booking and clinic system. Once you’re booked in, some appointment emails and reminders come from “Jane”. That is our booking system, not a member of staff.

We are Unit A10 at Elmbridge Court. Level access from the car park, with parking bays directly outside. The right-hand door is the wheelchair-accessible entrance.

Common questions.

Do I need a referral to book?

No. You can contact us directly and we welcome self-referrals. We also receive referrals from case managers, solicitors, schools and other health professionals.

What happens at the first appointment?

Your first session is a comprehensive initial assessment, usually around an hour, at the clinic or in your own home. We cover your history, current function and the goals that matter most to you, then build a personalised therapy plan.

Where do sessions take place?

Wherever suits your rehabilitation best: our purpose-built clinic between Cheltenham and Gloucester, your home, schools and nurseries, care homes, community settings, and partner hydrotherapy pools including the Chamwell Centre and St Rose's. We travel across Gloucestershire, including the Forest of Dean.

How much do sessions cost?

Initial physiotherapy appointments from £115 and follow-up appointments from £95. Other session types and services are priced separately, and exact pricing depends on your needs and is always confirmed with you before booking.

Is the clinic accessible?

Yes. The clinic was purpose-built for neurological rehabilitation: step-free access throughout, wide corridors, hoisting and specialist changing facilities, and an accessible rehabilitation gym.
