Kerry founded Get Ahead Physiotherapy with a vision to provide specialist, high-quality rehabilitation for people across Gloucestershire. She has extensive experience across the NHS, specialist educational settings, hydrotherapy and private practice, and is passionate about supporting children with long-term and complex disabilities and their families. By weaving creative play into her sessions she helps children achieve their goals in a fun, motivating environment while empowering parents to support their child’s development.

Lynsay is a highly skilled physiotherapist with a passion for neurological rehabilitation and sensory integration. She previously worked as a Case Manager, so is well placed to understand the role of rehabilitation within the medicolegal context. She has completed additional training in Sensory Integration, FND and complex presentations, aquatic therapy and Functional Electrical Stimulation (including Neubie).

Kirsten is a highly experienced neurological physiotherapist with an extensive background in stroke rehabilitation. She previously worked within the NHS adult neurological team and has completed additional training in upper limb rehabilitation and functional electrical stimulation. She is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients through clear communication and a collaborative approach, helping people achieve their individual goals and maximise their independence, confidence and quality of life.

Jess is an experienced physiotherapist who loves working with babies and children and has an engaging approach that ensures sessions are fun, motivating and effective. She supports clients at the clinic, in homes and schools, and is integral to the hydrotherapy service. Jess works alongside our team on the baby and toddler music and movement sessions.

Natasha is a skilled physiotherapist with a background in adult neurological rehabilitation. She has a warm, compassionate approach and a specialist interest in supporting people living with Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis and Motor Neurone Disease, as well as those requiring general rehabilitation. Natasha supports our Adult Fitness Group and has completed specialist training in Neubie therapy.

Sara is an experienced paediatric physiotherapist offering home visits across the Forest of Dean and clinic sessions one day a week. She has worked in a variety of settings, specialising in developmental and neuromuscular conditions. Sara is dedicated to helping children reach their full potential through play-based therapy and family-centred support.

Ella is a newly qualified physiotherapist working alongside both the children’s and adult teams to offer ongoing physiotherapy input to our clients at the clinic, on home visits and in the hydrotherapy pool.

Russ brings a wealth of experience in supporting teenagers and adults with disabilities to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. He is enthusiastic and creates dynamic exercise programmes that support rehabilitation goals, working alongside the physiotherapy team to deliver rehabilitation and adapted exercise programmes. He also leads group exercise sessions and offers clinic sessions, home visits and community-based fitness sessions.

Filiz has a breadth of experience supporting teens and adults with long-term and complex disabilities from her time in a specialist educational setting. She works alongside the physiotherapy team to provide ongoing therapy and hydrotherapy sessions, and is part of the adult group exercise team.

Becky brings a unique blend of leadership experience and a passion for personalised healthcare, with extensive leadership and management experience within the NHS. As Practice Manager, she is dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for every patient by ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and supporting the team to deliver outstanding care. With a strong focus on organisation, continuous improvement and client satisfaction, she works behind the scenes to ensure every aspect of the practice reflects the high standards and values of Get Ahead Physiotherapy.

Karolina works with adults with disabilities in the Cheltenham and Gloucester area. She takes a holistic, person-centred approach to care and particularly enjoys supporting older adults with rehabilitation and long-term care.

Dominika is an integral part of the team and works alongside the physiotherapists to support children and adults with their ongoing rehabilitation. She offers home visits in the Cheltenham and Gloucester area, building a strong rapport with clients through her calm and approachable manner.
