Get in touch

We help adults to regain independence, build strength, improve balance and achieve the goals that matter most to them.

Starting with a comprehensive assessment, either at our clinic or in your own home, we work with you to understand your history, current function and limitations, and what is most important to you, to build a personalised therapy plan.

Our one-hour treatment sessions target the specific issues that are impacting daily life. We may use specialist equipment to enhance the work within sessions, and will provide exercises to carry out between sessions to maximise recovery.

Progress is reviewed regularly and our treatment approach is always flexible to suit your individual circumstances. We offer a variety of different session types and can support you in our clinic, in your own home or in other community locations.

Our experienced physiotherapy assistants work closely with the physiotherapy team to offer continuation of the physiotherapy programme. The therapist and assistant discuss progress, and review sessions can be arranged as needed to change or update the programme.
